Amazing Kids OT & NDIS
Amazing Kids OT is a registered NDIS provider. We have been providing support to children and adolescents through NDIS since it began in Geelong in 2013. We use a person and family-centred approach to empower and enable participation in the daily occupations of life (particularly in the areas of self-care, productivity and leisure).
We are registered to provide:
- Therapeutic Supports
- Early Childhood Supports
We are able to see clients whether they are:
- Agency Managed over 7yo (Amazing Kids OT access the portal directly)
- Plan Managed (amazing Kids OT send the invoice to your plan manager)
- Self-Managed (Amazing Kids OT send the invoice to you)


How we can assist you
At Amazing Kids OT, we can assist clients in the following ways:
- Conduct an assessment of your child and write a report outlining your goals, your child’s strengths and therapy required to support your application for NDIS funding.
- Provide individual Occupational Therapy sessions to work on specific areas of development and daily occupations related to the goals outlined in your NDIS plan.
- Provide Occupational Therapy in a group setting (when available) to work on specific areas of development and daily occupations related to your NDIS plan.
- Assess and develop letters of support/applications for assistive technology (equipment required to meet your goals if allocated in your NDIS plan).
National Disability Quality and Safeguards Commission
NDIS is now regulated by the National Disability Quality and Safeguards Commission. Amazing Kids OT provides therapy services that meet the guidelines of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission Practice Standards. These standards specify the quality standards that must be met by NDIS providers such as Amazing Kids OT to provide supports to NDIS participants. Combined with the NDIS Code of Conduct participants are informed about what they should expect from providers.
Rights of NDIS participants at Amazing Kids OT
Amazing Kids OT is committed to ensuring that every client receives a service that upholds their legal and human rights including:
- the right to respect and dignity
- the right to access services that value culture and diversity
- the right to choice, control and decision making over services we provide
- the right to privacy and confidentiality.
Our Policies and Procedures outline the participants rights and our responsibilities and you can request to see these at any time.
Complaints & Feedback
At Amazing Kids OT we value your feedback whether it be positive, to express a concern or make a complaint. There are several ways you can do this:
- Fill out the Amazing Kids OT client feedback form.
- Talk to your therapist directly.
